He brings over 25 years of recruiting experience and expertise in building top-notch teams. Sean Flinn is COO and brings 30+ years of engineering and design experience in the manufacturing industry and vast knowledge of building a company. Sean has also owned Magnum Consulting for the last 18+ years. Curtis Flinn is Vice President of Business Development. Curtis brings 10+ years of engineering and design experience, a degree in mechanical engineering, and is a certified Professional Engineer. Together, Brad, Sean, and Curtis make the perfect crew to build M-Team Solutions into a top recruiting and staffing company.
