History
Brad Smiles, Sean Flinn, and Curtis Flinn founded M-Team Solutions in 2021. Brad brings 25+ years of recruiting experience and vast knowledge of building top-notch teams to the company. Sean has more than 30 years of engineering and design experience in the manufacturing industry. Sean has owned Magnum Consulting, a premier engineering firm, since 2003, bringing the knowledge to build a leading company. Curtis has 12+ years of engineering and design experience, a degree in mechanical engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Together, Brad, Sean and Curtis make the perfect team to build M-Team Solutions into a top recruiting and staffing company.
