Kerry’s career started independently, and through dedication and hard work, she excelled in sales and earned the distinction of winning top sales in the Midwest in 2011. Her journey then led her into a managerial role, where she continued to make a significant impact.
Passion for Helping Others Thrive
What sets Kerry apart is her passion for helping individuals discover their dream careers while making a meaningful impact. She brings a unique approach to recruitment, ensuring candidates find suitable opportunities and feel genuinely understood and valued throughout the process. Kerry’s commitment extends beyond the hiring process. She collaborates with hiring managers and leadership to streamline operations, enhance clarity, and drive efficiency. Her unwavering focus on achieving outstanding results will significantly impact M-Team Solutions.
For the past 12 years, Kerry has been a driving force behind the success of “80’s Party For A Purpose,” an annual charity event supporting Burn Camp for Kids, Families of Service Men and Women, and Families of Children with Autism. Kerry and her dedicated family and friends have raised over $220,000 through this impactful event.

Behind the Success
Outside the professional realm, Kerry has been happily married to her husband, Dean, for an impressive 25 years and is the proud mother of three children—Michael, Corey, and Olivia. Her family has expanded with two delightful granddaughters, and she shares her home with three rescue dogs—Roxie, Moby, and Tucker.
